The Coolest of Country Towns
Each home is situated on 4-10 acres of land less than six minutes from downtown Round Top. Round Top Springs is a labor of love developed by friends who value family, the outdoors, and Lone Star pride. Drawing upon years of experience as developers and weekend homeowners, we’ve created a welcoming space for you and your family, a place where your battery is recharged the moment you drive past your front gate.
Wide Open Spaces
Round Top Springs is an ideal community for families who seek a return the simple act of enjoying each other’s company and laidback ranch living. Our homes and their environs evoke images of bucolic country living — catching lightning bugs in mason jars; sipping ice-cold beer in a porch swing while burgers sizzle on a nearby grill; lazing in a hammock with a good book; or gathering around the fire pit to catch the end of a famous Round Top sunset.
Life for the Living
You may know Round Top from its world-renowned biannual antique show. What began as a small-town fair now boasts an estimated 100,000 visitors, from top designers, buyers (Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, just to drop a few names), and antique lovers from around the world. Despite its booming popularity and visibility, Round Top, population 93, retains the wonderful small-town Texas magic that makes it the ideal reprieve from the bustle of city life. With some of the best local food, live music, and fairs, a trip to Round Top is a return to a simpler time. For the 150-year Sesquicentennial celebration of Round Top's 1870 incorporation, Sally Reynolds compiled and authored an incredible 48-page booklet on Round Top's history with a collection of personal memories shared by local residents.
